About the Project

As founder of MyFixio, I develop a complete cloud solution to digitize and automate repair shop management, from device reception to customer delivery.

The Challenge

Repair shops and technical services face daily challenges: manual repair tracking, paper quotes, uncontrolled inventory, and lack of visibility into business performance. MyFixio was born to digitize and automate these processes, allowing technicians to focus on what they do best: repair.

My Role

As founder and lead developer, I'm responsible for the entire product lifecycle:

  • Architecture & Development: I designed and implemented the entire platform from scratch using Next.js with App Router, creating a modern, scalable, and multi-tenant ready architecture.
  • Repair Management: Complete repair lifecycle tracking system, from reception to customer delivery, with customizable statuses and automatic notifications.
  • Quoting System: Professional quote creation engine with status tracking, automatic conversion to work orders, and complete history.
  • Inventory Control: Real-time stock system with multi-warehouse support, low stock alerts, inter-warehouse movements, and complete parts traceability.
  • Analytics Dashboard: Real-time performance metrics on revenue, repair times, technician productivity, and business trends.

Business Model

I developed a SaaS model with scalable plans from freelancers to enterprises, with plans ranging from free to Enterprise with full API and white-label options.

Technical Architecture

The platform is built with Next.js and React for the frontend, MongoDB for the database, Clerk for authentication, S3 storage for documents and photos, and Docker for deployment. All orchestrated with CI/CD through Jenkins.
